Students will engage in a research/inquiry task to investigate multiple sources on a common topic in order to analyze, integrate, and present information. The Performance Task (PT) challenges students to demonstrate deeper thinking and integrate evidence from multiple sources to create a complete writing task in one of three purposes of writing: narrative, explanatory, argumentative.
