Owning Your Words! Two Ways to Paraphrase

This resource is intended to serve as an introductory lesson on paraphrasing. Students will learn two distinct methods that can be used to paraphrase a text. Suggestions for adapting this activity for a variety of learners are provided, as are an abundance of strategies for increasing meaningful interactions. It is important to mention that students will need to be taught how to follow a standard format for citation in a separate lesson.
