Gratitude Circle for Staff Members
Activity by Greater Good in Education - Gratitude Circle for Staff Members. Start staff meetings by giving time for staff members to say “thank you” to each other for kind and thoughtful acts over the past week.
Distance Learning Adaptation
Start virtual staff meetings with gratitude circle and encourage staff members to acknowledge a favor or small kindness that may have been done virtually (e.g., colleague’s sharing of resources or technology support, text of encouragement, etc.)
