Gratitude
Gratitude
Gratitude practices, such as exploring gratitude with music, videos, and journaling, as one of six sustainable happiness skills through CASEL’s partnership with LG Experience Happiness
Distance Learning Adaptation Ideas
Use virtual meeting breakout rooms for small group activities, such as brainstorming the definition of gratitude. If students chose to write a gratitude letter to someone outside of their immediate family, support them in setting up a virtual meeting to deliver their letters. Consider creating a “digital kindness wall” where students can post acts of kindness as part of the Four Weeks of Thankfulness Challenge.
