Begin a staff meeting using a distance learning platform such as Zoom with opportunities for staff members to interact and connect with one another.  Model check-in practices such as asking “How are you feeling?” and invite staff members to actively listen to and be curious about others’ perspectives in their breakout groups of 3-4. Consider using Mentimeter or Poll Everywhere to capture responses in real time.
