SE Asian Refugees from Lowell
Students will read stories from a variety of SE Asian immigrants, identify the countries from which they came and why they are refugees. There are also resources to accompany the reading class book, Red Scarf Girl, to help students draw comparisons between the experience in China and that in SE Asia, and to further understand why people needed to be refugees.
