Elvis Presley- the king of the Rock and Roll #TUJBridgeFall2021Giarratani

The purpose of the project is to show and talk about the person who is considered the king of the rock and roll, Elvis Presley. It will be discussed about the rock and roll. The audience can be everyone from all ages that are interested to know and learn about who was Elvis Presley and how does he influenced the American Music Culture.

Elvis Aaron Presley (January 8, 1935 – August 16, 1977) was an American singer and actor. Dubbed the "King of Rock and Roll", he is regarded as one of the most significant cultural icons of the 20th century. Elvis' musical influences were the pop and country music of the time, the gospel music he heard in church and at the all-night gospel sings he frequently attended, and the black R&B he absorbed on historic Beale Street as a Memphis teenager. Neither he nor anyone else in the industry declared him the most talented singer, the best guitar player, or a gifted songwriter. He became the “King” because he drew the largest, most enthusiastic crowds and sold more records than any of his rock 'n' roll contemporaries.
