CICADAS: The oldest bugs you never met!

This collection was created for teachers and families to use to explore and learn about this long feared and celebrated  bug. Teachers can use Harvard's Project Zero Thinking Routines to engage students in sharing their thinking about these incredible animals. While looking at this collection classes and families can share their thinking using the routine See, Think, Wonder. While looking at the items kids can share what they see, what they think, and what they wonder. After learning more about these amazing insects students can capture how their thinking might have changed using the thinking routine I used to think... Now I think..
