Mandalas, etc.

Mandala is a symbolic circular figure, usually with symmetrical divisions and figures of deities, etc. in the center. It is used in Buddhism, Islam, and other religions as a representation of the universe and serves as an object of meditation. The shape has inspired artists from around the globe for different art work. The word mandala comes from Sanskrit, a classical language of South Asia.
