This is a collection of snapshots from the Photographic History Collection that were made and/or collected by Elizabeth Howe Bliss. The majority of the photographs are associated with her time in Oklahoma between 1917 and 1919.  Bliss wrote a report on education in Oklahoma for the National Child Labor Committee for which these photographs may be related.
