Working in groups, students will design a Public Service Announcement (PSA) in the form of posters, videos, or social media campaign to spread an awareness of protecting the kelp forest habitat and the animals living in Point Lobos State Marine Reserve. Students will select one of the species native to the kelp forest to highlight in their PSA. They will be able to explain the importance of this animal’s survival and its impact on the food web.
