Have you heard the name Rosa Parks? I'm sure you have. What if I told you someone did what Rosa Parks did nine months earlier? But we just don't know her name. Claudette Colvin stood up for her rights, just like Rosa Parks. She was arrested for refusing to get out of her seat on a bus in Montgomery, Alabama. Although she sparked a fight in the Civil Rights movement. Due to her age, she was not used as the face of the movement. Her story for years was untold.
