Then and Now: The Changing Florida Environments

This collection uses artwork from the Daytona Beach Museum of Arts and Sciences and the Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum to understand Florida's ecological past, present, and future, within the context of the growing climate crisis.

This Learning Lab collection was created by Cloë Di Flumeri, a student in the summer 2022 Smithsonian Digital Learning and Engagement Internship, in collaboration with Emerson Collective and the Daytona Beach Museum of Arts and Sciences, a Smithsonian Affiliate based in Daytona Beach, Florida. #SAintern

They worked in leadership with their #SAintern site partner, Quinn Kieselowsky to compile this collection, as well as a collection under Kieselowsky's leadership which highlights Daytona Beach MOAS's Roots Exhibit.
