A focus on the great depression- here is a collection of articles and videos written and presented in different points of view. Through these you should get an idea of how to identify the purpose behind the uses of each view.

For the assignment, students need to pick two resources in different formats to do the following:

1. Identify the point of view.

2. What evidence shows the point of view?

3. What is the author's purpose (think P.I.E.) for the resource?

Students who choose to work in groups must choose two resources each and only one can be the same.
