Bighorn Sheep Restoration | Back from the Brink

Bighorn sheep were devastated by over-hunting in the 1800s. In fact, the Audobon variety of the Missouri River Breaks was completely eliminated. Restoration efforts have since restored many sheep herds, but disease continues to threaten its healthy existance.
