Food Web Restoration | The Fish Between the Falls

Nutrients make up the very base of the food web that builds up to apex species like the White Sturgeon. Liquid nutrient additions to Kootenai Lake have been shown to improve Kokanee Salmon numbers effectively. Thus, a similar approach was adopted to help the species within the Kootenai River.
