Empowering Kids to Take Positive Action for the Planet! | Kids for Positive Change

Use this media gallery, teacher guide, student research document, and worksheets to help students create "take action projects" to protect animals and the planet. Video segments focus on climate change, sharks, whales, farm animals, birds, along with ecosystems, sustainability, and the interconnectivity of all species, featuring expert guests, youth changemakers, and inspiring advocacy and action!

After the class discussion and watching the Kids for Positive Change video clips, students choose an animal to research. Using the student research document provided, students research animals and record findings on provided worksheets. Students create take action projects using research recorded on worksheets. Also included are templates for advocacy letters, informative flyers, and slideshows.
