Students watch a short video from the 4^th season of Vegas PBS's series Outdoor Nevada and learn about the Spring Mountains at Willow Creek. Students will learn about human impact as a strong effect caused by humans' way of living, that agriculture, mining, water use, and other human activities have impacted the landscape, and that there are consequences of human impact on Nevada’s landscape. Students will also learn about the local wildlife and the danger they can face by U.S. Forestry employee Jonathan Stein.
