Learn about Scott Pretzer, owner of Rock Creek Aquaculture, part of the Pretzer family’s diversified ag operation in Diller, NE.  Pretzer farms and is the veterinarian for the operation. They’re one of a few shrimp producers in Nebraska. Rock Creek Farms has raised Pacific White shrimp in a former hog barn since 2017.
