Tiny Teeth, Fearsome Beasts | Prehistoric Road Trip

Students will journey to Eastern Montana, where an asteroid impact wiped out 75% of all species on Earth including dinosaurs. Here we transition from the Cretaceous Period to the Paleocene Period.

Students will explore a new geologic chapter called the Paleocene epoch. Students will learn what extinction means and how life has been able to evolve and diversify into so many different complex life forms. For more information, visit the Prehistoric Road Trip website.
