Leading with Dignity | Councilwoman

Carmen Castillo works as a hotel housekeeper and would like to see improved conditions in the industry. She joins a union for the employees of her hotel, which urges her to campaign and win a seat as a councilwoman in the capital city of Providence, Rhode Island.
