Nuclear Drinking Water | Atomic Fracking in Wyoming

When the Wagon Wheel Project was proposed, local residents were  concerned about the potential for radiation to enter the aquifer and eventually reach rivers that provided drinking water for millions of people downstreams.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  • Students will be able to engage in collaborative discussion with their peers on grade-level appropriate topics.
  • Students will be able to develop a working model that examines the impact humans can have on the environment.
