Supporting the whole child requires engaging students to prepare them for navigating their careers, contributing to their communities and identifying their interests. Through the use of KCPT's American Graduate video series and some interactive problem-based scenarios, educators will take away from this session a step-by-step toolkit for infusing the concepts of workforce development and the 21st-century global environment into the current curriculum.

Through the use of interactive tools, students will be given numerous opportunities to use technology, draw inferences, and form conclusions about the workforce development and issues surrounding the Kansas City region and beyond. In this upbeat, fast-paced session, educators will learn about strategies that engage and challenge today's generation of learners to communicate, create and think critically.
