This is a guide for lesson planning that goes with Native American Cultures of the Upper Midwest, a project created by Prairie Public. The guide encourages teachers to prepare lessons that will allow students to analyze and interpret sacred relatives, learning and storytelling, sharing and generosity, a sense of humor, tribal policies, treaties, and sovereignty, Native contributions, and Native identity.
