Marigold | KET Image Bank

The French marigold (Tagetes patula) is an annual native to Mexico and Central America. It ranges from 6 to 12 inches tall and has dark green foliage. The blooms range from yellow to a deep red-orange and can have more than one color. Marigolds are generally thought to have a pungent scent.
