Fascist Hospitality | The Nazi Games: Berlin 1936

Berlin during the games was shown to tourists as a beautiful city of fun and hospitality. However, it was more of a plain-clothes police state, a world of constant surveillance, going as far as reading the competitors’ mail. Eventually, the Germans win the most medals and impress the world.
