What is Ecology?
What does the term ecology mean? Ecology explores living things, plus the way they interact with one another, and their physical surroundings. In this video, learn about the meaning of ecology using the two examples – a person’s home and a coral reef. Each example illustrates the living and non-living things, and how they interact.
This video is accompanied by a Watch It! worksheet, as well as a video script for students who may be hearing impaired or need additional assistance.
