Students will learn about using linking words, phrases, and clauses to connect opinions and reasons. They will then complete an activity in which they use linking words, phrases, and clauses to complete a paragraph. Then, students will write their own paragraph using linking words, phrases, and clauses of their own choice to connect ideas.
