Owensboro, Kentucky, artist Aaron Kizer, shows how he “speed-paints” striking portraits of familiar pop culture figures such as Mick Jagger, Steve Jobs, and Jimi Hendrix. The portraits are done against black backgrounds in which the negative space in the portrait is essential and are usually completed in a matter of minutes.
