Jesse Fuentes is an alumna of Dr. Pedro Albizu Campos Puerto Rican High School (PACHS), a highly successful alternative school in Chicago, Illinois. Jesse’s story was featured in the national KET documentary series Dropping Back In. In this segment, she shares her story of overcoming difficult odds and getting her life back on track through the help of the teachers at PACHS. She is now a college graduate and educator hoping to become a principal of one of the schools in her community.
