Meet DNA scientist Bruce Jackson in this video profile from NOVA’s “The Secret Life of Scientists & Engineers.” Bruce works to understand how DNA can help solve mysteries of human evolution and ancestry. His curiosity about his own ancestry led him to found the Roots Project, which compiles genetic profiles of African Americans so they can trace their ancestral origins.
