The Secret Life of Scientists & Engineers | Janna Levin
Meet theoretical cosmologist Janna Levin in this video profile from NOVA’s “The Secret Life of Scientists & Engineers.” At an early age, Janna was excited to be a part of this great cosmos but also wanted to know what was out there. She now studies the early universe, chaos, and black holes, although sometimes she feels like she’s an artist trapped in a scientist’s body. Her resolution: becoming a novelist and writing the celebrated novel A Madman Dreams of Turing Machines. But don’t worry—she’s still that same kid asking those same big questions. This resource is part of the NOVA: Secret Life of Scientists & Engineers Collection.
