¡Arte y más! Lesson 23

After the “Hola” song, Susana and Sra. Alicia model greetings and sing “¿Cómo estás?” New body parts are introduced, including el ojo (the eye), los ojos (the eyes), la nariz (the nose), la oreja (the ear), las orejas (the ears), and la boca (the mouth). The command toca (touch) is also reviewed. Sra. Alicia uses the question ¿Es grande o es pequeño? (Is it big or little?) to review the concept of size. With the help of Mr. Potato Head, Sra. Alicia reviews body parts from previous lessons, including los brazos (the arms), las manos (the hands), and los pies (the feet). A movement activity teaches the steps to the dance “El carnavalito.” The video closes with the “Adiós” song.
