Join Sid and his classmates for a special field trip to the science center with Miss Susie to explore shadows. The class discovers that to make a shadow, all you need is a light source and something to block part of the path of light. The class first figures out that the object has to be in the path of light, such as sunlight, in order to create a shadow. They then come to realize that any light source can lead to a shadow as long as there is an object blocking the path!
