A Life on Track: Tricia Amos | Dropping Back In

Learn about Tricia Amos, a GED® graduate who lives at Lake Travers Dakota Sioux Reservation in South Dakota, who talks about her goal of entering the health care field in this video from the Dropping Back In series. Tricia faced a dysfunctional and abusive family situation before dropping out. She was raped and later was in a shelter when someone told her about the FACE (Family and Child Education) program at Enemy Swim Day School. This program serves both parents and children, so Tricia comes with two of her children. She has obtained a GED®diploma and is working toward a nursing degree.
