Wheeling Hospital was chartered as the only medical facility between Pittsburgh and Cincinnati in 1850 by Catholic Bishop Whelan and Dr. Simon Hullihen.  Support materials include a guided listening organizer, scripts, and timeline and extension activities for all March programs in the This Week in WV History series.
