Decisions by watermen, recreational fisherpeople, and lawmakers influence and are influenced by economics and the abundance or scarcity of fish and shellfish stocks. As part of a role-playing game about factors affecting fisheries populations in the Chesapeake Bay, students will use these data cards to simulate fish harvesting and illustrate the ways that people, fish populations, and laws interact and influence each other.
