World War II Civilian Gerry O'Connor | Georgia Oral History

Mrs. Gerry O'Connor. born January 12, 1932 in Burma, was forced to evacuate her homeland at the age of ten when the Japanese began to bomb Rangoon. In her interview, she describes how evacuees in Calcutta were received and her disappointment in seeing the bomb destruction in Burma once the war was over.
