Holocaust Survivor Betty Goodfriend | Georgia Oral History
Betty Goodfriend tells her experiences before, during, and after the Holocaust. She was born February 18th, 1927, in a small town in Lithuania. The seventh of nine children, Goodfriend remembers her Jewish upbringing, her family's move to a town near the German border, a building climate of anti-semitism, life in a concentration camp, and terrible acts of violence against the Jewish people.
