En el Barrio San Salvador de Caguas se encuetran indicios de asentamientos indígenas los cuales habitaban alrededor de la quebrada Morena y la quebrada Maracal.  Su historia presenta el desarrollo cultural de Puerto Rico desde tiempos indígenas hasta el presente.

In the Barrio (neighborhood) San Salvador de Caguas there is evidence of indian settlements.  The indians lived around the Morena and Maracal ravines.  Its history denotes Puerto Rico's cultural development since the indians until the present.
