This is an interview with Tom Saffer, a member of the U.S. Marine Corps who was used as a test subject in nuclear testing after World War II. Saffer recalls the unsafe conditions of the Priscilla test site, the betrayal he and other veterans felt after being used as subjects, and the lifelong effects of radiation exposure.
