Brain Break- I See Sports Lesson Plan
In this brain break lesson, students act out different movements, using their psychomotor skills, found in sports. First, the teacher says “I see”, then the students respond with “what do you see?” and finally the teacher reply’s with “I see…” and an action in a sport such as dribbling a soccer ball that the student will the act out. This activity focuses mainly on psychomotor skills.
