Culture: Gang Mills, NY

People who lived during that time recall what life was like prior to the flood of 1972. Many reminisce about how quaint and safe their lives were. Children would be out until dusk playing with friends and riding bikes. Everyone knew each other so parents had no worries. Some also recall how lively and industrious their towns were. With dairy farms, diners and stores, these towns were in their prime.
