Bass | Wild Kratts

Learn all about the large mouth bass and the small mouth bass as Chris and Martin discover that despite both being part of the same family, the large mouth and small mouth bass have very different characteristics. Viewers learn that the small mouth bass has a small mouth, with their jaw just under their eye, they live in groups, like rocky areas of the water, and eat crayfish. They also focus on the large mouth bass which has a large mouth, with their jaw behind their eye, they live alone, like weed filled areas of the water, and eat sunfish. Viewers also learn about fishing and the necessity of understanding the biology of the fish to be successful.
