Lyndel Meinhardt Is Searching for Heartier Chocolate in the Rainforest | Earth and Sky Podcast

Listen as Lyndel Meinhardt discusses his search for a heartier chocolate in the rainforest. Cacao, the plant used to make chocolate, is highly susceptible to disease. Meinhardt and his team have been looking for hearty wild cacao near the Amazon River in South America. They're collecting specimens of the ancestors of domesticated cacao, which are still growing in nature.
