This interview with African American psychologist Dr. Kenneth B. Clark recalls his role in the famous 1954 Brown v. Board of Education case. Dr. Clark received national recognition after his research was used by the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) to argue that racial discrimination in public schools was a violation of the Constitution and psychologically harmful to African American children.
