Climate Models

This ThinkTV segment demonstrates the many uses of climate models. Scientists construct computer-generated climate models to forecast weather, understand climate, and project climate change using mathematical equations. The computers running these models create a virtual Earth, helping scientists to discern patterns that may serve as a guide to climate in the real world.
