Determining Solutions to a Problem - Fire Cloud

Students identify a problem and what measures are taken to solve it as well as identify solutions to the problem. The problem is a forest fire on a mountain that has wild horses and other wildlife.  Students will see the solutions that are used to try and stop the fire.
