Transformed Workplaces | Wide Angle

The offshore outsourcing of business to firms in India has greatly benefited and transformed India's economic institutions. One of the more noticeable changes is the demographic of the Indian workplace. Women are finding more opportunities at BPO (business process outsourcing) businesses and make up about half of the workforce.
