This Career Clip features Kerry Demeritt, a Physician Extender at Coordinated Health Systems. She spends most of her day doing casting. The best career advice she received was to try different things and especially use activities and groups in middle and high school. WLVT PBS 39 and PSEA have teamed to create these innovative writing prompts on careers. These 30 second to 1 minute pieces provide an excellent opportunity for students to learn a bit about a career and to write feedback to the question that is posed at the end of the clip. Many teachers find that these prompts work really well as a "get busy quick" activity as a class begins.
